I currently serve outfitters in New Mexico, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Colorado. With some of my large outfitters I pick up frozen capes on a weekly basis, others every other week and still others on an as needed basis. I can pick up frozen capes or heads at your location or at your game processor.
I realize you will have to pay your guide to skin out the mounts and freeze the capes, so it is only right that I pay you, or I’ll do free taxidermy work for you. For some outfitters it is more convenient to take the animal to your game processor and have them skin and freeze the cape. In that case I will pay your game processor whatever he charges.
It is very important for you to know that your client is well taken care of by the taxidermist that you recommend to them. Therefore after your clients have received their mounted trophies they will fill out a report card and mail it back to you grading the quality of my service, the quality of my work, how long it took for their mount to be completed, and any additional comment they would like to share with you. This will be in the form of a post card and it will be mailed directly to you. You will find out firsthand how your clients feel about my service. You will be pleased to hear their positive responses. This will assure you that your valuable clients are well taken care of.
I often have hunters seeking my advice for who is a good outfitter. I ask them several questions as to what they are looking for in an outfitter, then I match them up with the outfitter that best fits their needs. If we work together the odds are good that I will send you a new client from time to time. I advertise as a booking agent but I do not charge for my service. It’s good for my hunters, it’s good for my outfitters, it’s just plain good business.

I only take on a few new outfitters each year. I am selective with who I work with. My typical outfitter charges high prices, delivers exceptional service, and attracts affluent clients that demand and expect outstanding results.
